How to get a voucher

How to access our support programmes:

To access our support you may have to get a referral. Here is a list of what is needed to access each programme:

  • Food Bank– referral needed
  • Furniture Bank– referral needed
  • Baby Basics Bank– referral needed
  • Food at Five– just turn up!
  • Financial Assistance Scheme– referral needed
  • Holiday Hunger– registration needed

All our programmes are accessible to people living in the Frome and surrounding BA11 area.

Referrals can be issued by a number of referral agencies in the town. You will need a new referral every time you wish to access any of our programmes including the food bank. To get a referral, you must have contact with one of the agencies below. If you are already being supported by one of these agencies they can also refer you to our programmes.

If you have any issues getting a referral for a food parcel

HOW TO FIND US

Unit 7, Longacre, Marston Trading Estate, Frome, BA11 4BG

Please use the directions below to find the Food Bank, located at the Fair Frome Centre.

(Do not use the post-code for Sat-Nav).

  1. If the Frome Recycling Centre is on your left, follow the road ahead.
  2. Instead of taking the sharp left towards Sainsburys go straight ahead.
  3. Continue ahead and take the left turning into Mooracre estate.
  4. Follow the Fair Frome signs around past Acorn Furniture and take the left side road past GEA Engineering.
  5. Fair Frome is the building on the left.
