How to access our support programmes:

To access our support you may have to get a referral. Here is a list of what is needed to access each programme:

• Food Bank– referral needed
• Furniture Bank– referral needed
• Baby Basics Bank– referral needed
• Food at Five– just turn up!
• Financial Assistance Scheme– referral needed
• Holiday Hunger– registration needed

All our programmes are accessible to people living in the Frome and surrounding BA11 area.

Referrals can be issued by a number of referral agencies in the town. You will need a new referral every time you wish to access any of our programmes including the food bank. To get a referral, you must have contact with one of the agencies below. If you are already being supported by one of these agencies they can also refer you to our programmes.
